General information

Bin Collection: This takes place on Fridays and bins need to be put out by you in front of your property.  There is a fortnightly recycling service.  There are glass recycling bins by the garages in Beech Grove.

Milk Delivery: This occurs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and is made by Dairy Crest, Winchester, 0845- 6063606

Post Office:  The village has no shop but there is a Post Office service at the Village Hall each Monday and Thursday morning from 9am until 1pm.  Our postmaster is Richard Sellars, 01962-714027.

Shops: The nearest general store is in Twyford, 01962-712168.  The nearest supermarkets are Tesco’s at Winnall, Sainsburys at Badgers Farm, Aldi at Littleton and Waitrose at Littleton and Chandlers Ford.

Church: St Andrew’s Church, Owslebury and Morestead Church are part of the United Benefice of Twyford, Owslebury, Morestead and Colden Common.  Click HERE for more information.

Newsletter: The village has a Newsletter which is published and delivered fortnightly.  This gives news, comment and village events. For more information click Newsletter 

Bus Service: There is a limited bus service from the village to Winchester.  It caters for secondary age children going to school in Winchester as well as full fare paying passengers.  See Timetable

Owslebury and Morestead Community Association (OMCA): The committee of this organisation was set up to represent and coordinate all village areas and other organisations with them – see OMCA
