New Planning Applications

Planning Applications can be viewed and individual comments submitted through ‘online planning applications’ on the WCC website: www.winchester.gov.uk

Plans may also be viewed by prior appointment with the Parish Clerk and individual comments posted to:

Planning Control,
City Offices,
Colebrook Street,
Winchester. 
SO23 9LJ. 

Please note, the Clerk may not have received a copy of the plans at the time of posting this notice.

All Planning Applications are considered by Owslebury Parish Council at their monthly meeting (Second Monday of each Month at 7.45pm) and comments submitted. 

If you would like the Parish Council to consider your views in reaching their decisions, please post or e-mail your comments to the Clerk prior to the meeting, or attend the meeting in person.  

Planning Applications to be considered at each meeting can be found as part of the agenda, attached to this noticeboard, 3 working days prior to the meeting.
