All roads leading into the village support weight restriction signs for HGV’s apart from access yet HGV’s continue to drive through the village following satellite navigation systems.
Contact has been made with “Teleatlas” who have agreed to take both Whites Hill and Jackmans Hill off their Satellite Navigation maps with immediate affect.
If anyone is aware of HGV’s driving through the village for reasons other than access, please take details of the vehicle – company name, telephone number, registration plate, time and location and forward to the Clerk.
Also, if anyone is aware of other makers of satellite navigation systems, other than Teleatlas, please forward the name of the company and telephone number to the Clerk.
